I mainly use Word for papers I have to write in other classes. I haven't had much other use for it. I'll type up some of my notes in Word, but that's about it. I've been given outlines and syllibi that were more than likely created in Word. It seems to have a pretty basic use.
I'm still not really sure about podcasts or how I'd use them as a teacher, but they seem like an interesting medium. I have some problems visualizing how I'd use things like podcasts as an English teacher, but I'm sure there are ways.
Since this is the second time I'm taking this class it's a little hard for me to say I've learned something new in the class. I was also sick last week so I wasn't exactly able to learn.

I do alright finding my way around computers or learning how to navigate newer gadgets. I only tend to run into walls when I get problems with the hardware itself, I can't really fix a computer on my own. I've never had too many issues getting things done as far as technology goes.
I took this class last year so I've learned pretty much all of it. I do have some issues with Excel though. Looking through the syllabus I've noticed that the assignments are basically the same. I look forward to doing most of them, I think it will give me the opportunity to go a little farther in the assignments since I know what to expect.
I am a reflective learner. I like to sit and think about things before I jump into them. I like plotting out the consequences of an action rather than running straight through it. This is really nothing new to me, I like reflecting on my own actions as much as I like reflecting on my work.
